Hello and Welcome to LavenderMC!

LavenderMC has finally released to the public, meaning anyone can now join!

We currently host a SkyBlock only server, but in the near future we plan to expand to multiple gamemodes, including Survival, Factions, Prison, Creative, and MiniGames!

The server is still in Beta, so you will encounter Bugs and Glitches, but there's an up-side to that!
For reporting Bugs, Glitches or anything that seems out of the ordinary, you will be able to collect Rewards, such as in-Game Items, Store Vouchers, or maybe something more!

Server Rules:

These rules apply to every LavenderMC Server.
For Server Specific rules please use the /rules command in game.

1: Usage of Multiple Minecraft accounts is allowed. However;

1.1: Usage of alternate accounts to bypass a punishment is not allowed.

1.2: Usage of unfairly obtained accounts is not allowed.

2: Abusing a Native Minecraft bug or glitch is not allowed.

2.1: Abusing a Server Plugin bugs or glitches is not allowed.

3: Usage of inappropriate or offensive features on Minecraft Accounts is not allowed.

3.1: Inappropriate or offensive Minecraft Names, Skins, Capes, Builds, or Nicknames is not allowed.

4: Abusing the Minecraft Chat feature in any way is not allowed.

4.1: Spamming items or commands to annoy another User or to cause damage to the Server is not allowed.

6.2: Using chat formatting to mislead Users in any way is not allowed.

7: Selling or exchanging any sort of Capes is not allowed. (This may include Minecraft Capes or Optifine Capes)

8: Selling or exchanging Minecraft Accounts is not allowed.

9: Usage or possession of Hacked Items or Items obtained unfairly on any of our servers is not allowed.

10: Usage of Blacklisted Modifications, Clients or Macros is strictly prohibited.

11: Exchanging in-game items or services for real-life currency or LavenderMC Store Packages, Vouchers or any other in-game items is not monitored or supervised by LavenderMC or its Staff.

11.1: It is entirely your responsibility to ensure all parties involved understand the risk of the transaction (e.g. future chargebacks or incomplete transactions). If you do follow through with the trade, ensure you have taken safety measures to protect yourself. 

11.1.1: To ensure clarity and mutual agreement in transactions, you should take screenshots clearly showing all parties agreeing to the transaction and document the transaction agreement, specifying who receives what in exchange for what.

11.2: Should a User make a chargeback to the Store in your name after purchasing a Package for you, you may also be punished.

11.2.1: We do not offer any sort of refund if you were scammed during an exchange with another User. (Refer to Rule 11.1) 

12: Manipulating or altering your Minecraft Client to gain an unfair advantage in any way is strictly prohibited.

13: LavenderMC Staff is not responsible to act on any claims that have not been witnessed. Any claims of unseen punishments will be disregarded depending on the situation.

14: Scamming across servers is strictly prohibited, regardless of any server-specific rules permitting or forbidding such actions.

  - It is your responsibility to read and understand our Terms and Conditions before using Our Services. By using Our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms and Conditions. 

  - Every service has its respective Rules, it is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with them.

Definitions:

  - "Server": Refers to a Minecraft Server operated as part of the LavenderMC Network.
  - "Content": Refers to all forms of material or information created, shared, or distributed, including text, images, videos, audio, code, files, links, and user-generated material.
  - "Support System": Any Features/Services in place to Support Users, this includes, but is not limited to: In-Game Report System or Website Forum Report System.
  - "LavenderMC," "LavenderMC Network," "LavenderMCN," "We," "Us," "Own" and "Our" refer to the company providing the LavenderMC services.
  - "User" ("Users" or "Anyone":  Any personnel who visits, or makes use of LavenderMC's Services, including LavenderMC Staff.
  - "Staff" ("Staff Member" or "LavenderMC Staff"): Personnel with the following Ranks; Game Master, Developer, Administrator, Moderator, or Assistant.
  - "Service" (or "Services"): Is talking about the LavenderMC Network and any Website, Game, Platform, Content, and Other Related Products and Services provided by LavenderMC. 
  - "Someone else": A User that is not yourself or LavenderMC.
  - "Package": Anything purchased on the LavenderMC Store.
  - "Macro" (or "Macros"): refers to automated sequences of actions or commands that are executed within the game to perform tasks without the User's direct input. In the context of Minecraft, this includes but is not limited to, actions such as automated mining, building, crafting, or any repetitive task that is typically performed manually by the Player.

General Rules:

These rules apply to every one of LavenderMC's Services, including but not limited to: The Website, The Store, or the LavenderMC Network.


1: Abusing how any of our Services is set up in any way is not allowed.

2: Purposely getting involved in any form of illegal activity in any way, regardless of intention may result in punishment.

3: Abusive or unfair usage of LavenderMC's Terms and Conditions is strictly prohibited.

3.1: LavenderMC Staff retains the right to punish anyone as LavenderMC Staff deem fit.

3.2: Circumventing, attempting to circumvent, or exploiting loopholes in the Rules, Terms, and Conditions is strictly prohibited.

4: Spamming or bypassing Content Filters or Moderation Systems in any form of communication, including forums, in-game chat, and other platforms, is prohibited.

5: Publicly accusing any user of breaking the rules is not allowed. Reports must be made using the LavenderMC Support System or the In-Game Reporting System.

6: Making jokes about, encouraging, or inciting others to violate the Rules, Terms, and Conditions is strictly prohibited.

7: Advertising Third-Party Services in any way is strictly prohibited.

8: Inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour towards any User is not allowed.

8.1: Usage of derogatory terms is not allowed.

8.2: Any form of discrimination, bigotry, or hate speech is not allowed.

8.3: Threatening to commit any form of inappropriate, harmful, or illegal actions, regardless of the intention, is strictly prohibited.

9: Plagiarising is not allowed.

10: Disclosing, discussing, or mentioning any User’s private or personal information is not allowed.

11: Blackmailing, threatening, or harassing any User in any way is strictly prohibited.

12: Self-harm, including any encouragement, discussions, or threats of self-harm, is strictly prohibited.

12.1: Wishing death upon other people is strictly prohibited.

13: Sharing, posting, or implanting any form of inappropriate content in any way is not allowed. This includes but is not limited to; Screamer Links, P***ographic Content, or Malicious Content.

14: Harmful behaviour or actions taken against LavenderMC or any of its Services is not allowed regardless of intention.

15: Causing, encouraging, or discussing unnecessary drama, hatred, confusion, and/or arguments towards LavenderMC, its Staff, or Users is not allowed.

16: Accusing any Staff of doing their job incorrectly is not allowed with the exception of reporting the Staff Member to LavenderMC through our Support System.

17: Bypassing any of our IP restrictions is strictly prohibited.
